Dieses 1:1 Mentoring ist ein Raum, in dem du mit deinen Händen arbeitest und verstehst, was durch sie entsteht.

Du lernst die Grundlagen des Drehens, entwickelst aber vor allem ein Gefühl für Form, Proportion und Ästhetik.
Eine Arbeitsweise, die intuitiv ist und sich nach dir anfühlt.

Gleichzeitig schauen wir über das Objekt hinaus.
Auf deine Richtung, deine Stimme und darauf, wie deine Arbeit als Ganzes Form annimmt.

✹ Es geht nicht nur um Keramik.
✹ Es geht darum, etwas zu entwickeln, das trägt.
✹ In deinen Händen und in dir.

Zwischen den Sessions bekommst du kleine Impulse, um deinen Prozess zu vertiefen.

✹ Verbindung von Form, Funktion und Ästhetik verstehen
✹ Kern und Geschichte deiner Marke definieren
✹ Eigene Stimme und visuelle Sprache finden

✹ Mindset, Handwerk und Ausrichtung in Einklang bringen

Dauer:
4 Wochen insgesamt
– Woche 1: Zwei Studio-Sessions à 3 Stunden – Drehen
– Woche 2: Eine Abdreh-Session (3 Std.) + eine Glasur-Session (2 Std.)
– Woche 3: 1:1-Online-Session (60 Min.) – Branding & Sichtbarkeit
– Woche 4: 1:1-Online-Session (45 Min.) – Reflexion & Ausrichtung

This 1:1 mentoring is a space to work with your hands and understand what moves through them.

✹ Over four weeks, we move between making and reflection.
✹ Between the studio and conversation.

You will learn the foundations of wheel throwing, but more importantly, you will develop a feeling for form, proportion and aesthetics.
A way of working that is intuitive and grounded in your own rhythm.

At the same time, we look beyond the object.
Your direction, your voice and how your work takes shape as a whole.

✹ This is not just about ceramics.
✹ It is about building something that holds, in your hands and within yourself.

Between sessions, you will receive small prompts to deepen your process.

We will focus on:
✹ Developing confidence and flow at the wheel
✹ Understanding how form and function meet aesthetics
✹ Learning to define your brand’s essence, story, and purpose
✹ Finding your own voice and visual language
✹ Understanding creative visibility and authentic communication
✹ Aligning mindset, craft, and direction for your next steps

Duration:
4 weeks in total
– Week 1: Two studio sessions (3 h each) – Wheel throwing
– Week 2: One trimming session (3 h) and one glazing session (2 h)
– Week 3: 1:1 online session (60 min) – Branding & visibility
– Week 4: 1:1 online session (45 min) – Reflection & alignment
