1:1 Mentoring Program

In this 1:1 personalized one-month mentoring program, we’ll combine craftsmanship, creative clarity, and mindful direction.
Over four weeks, you’ll work both hands-on in the studio and 1:1 with me online, building the foundation for your creative practice and brand — guided by intention, design, and purpose.

Drawing from my experience in ceramics, design, and creative direction, I’ll support you in refining your craft and developing a clear, authentic identity for your work. Together, we’ll shape both your material practice and your inner alignment as an artist.

Between sessions, you’ll receive small reflection prompts to deepen what you’ve learned and integrate your insights.

We will focus on:
✹ Developing confidence and flow at the wheel
✹ Understanding how form and function meet aesthetics
✹ Learning to define your brand’s essence, story, and purpose
✹ Finding your own voice and visual language
✹ Understanding creative visibility and authentic communication
✹ Aligning mindset, craft, and direction for your next steps

Duration:
4 weeks in total
– Week 1: Two studio sessions (3 h each) – Wheel throwing
– Week 2: One trimming session (3 h) and one glazing session (2 h)
– Week 3: 1:1 online session (60 min) – Branding & visibility
– Week 4: 1:1 online session (45 min) – Reflection & alignment

After your booking, I’ll reach out via email with a short questionnaire and suggested dates for your sessions.

Über vier Wochen arbeiten wir sowohl praktisch im Studio als auch online im 1:1-Austausch – mit dem Ziel, eine klare Basis für dein kreatives Schaffen und deine Marke zu entwickeln.

Aus meiner Erfahrung in Keramik, Design und Creative Direction begleite ich dich dabei, dein Handwerk zu verfeinern und eine authentische, kraftvolle Identität für deine Arbeit zu formen. Wir schaffen Raum für handwerkliche Tiefe und persönliche Klarheit.

Zwischen den Einheiten bekommst du kleine Reflexionsfragen, um das Gelernte zu vertiefen.

Dauer:
4 Wochen insgesamt
– Woche 1: Zwei Studio-Sessions à 3 Stunden – Drehen
– Woche 2: Eine Abdreh-Session (3 Std.) + eine Glasur-Session (2 Std.)
– Woche 3: 1:1-Online-Session (60 Min.) – Branding & Sichtbarkeit
– Woche 4: 1:1-Online-Session (45 Min.) – Reflexion & Ausrichtung

Buchung:
Nach deiner Buchung erhältst du per E-Mail einen kurzen Fragebogen und Terminvorschläge für deine Sessions.

Zahlung:
Gesamtbetrag €1888
Ratenzahlung auf Anfrage (2× €944 oder 4× €472) über ini@wearestudiostudio.com vor der Buchung.

Stornierungsbedingungen:
✹ Volle Rückerstattung bei Stornierung bis 3 Monate vor Kursbeginn
